What is IDX?

"IDX (Internet Data Exchange)" is the ability to have MLS® listings feed automatically to your website. This is also known as brokerage reciprocity.
The ClickSold "Platinum Package" is required in order to use this feature.

After you upgrade, here are the changes that will happen that the free versions do not have:

  • The "Listings" page is now capable of displaying your MLS Listings, including sections for office & solds listings (if supported).
  • The full MLS-Search module is added, which has all of your boards listings.
  • The full Communities search module is added, which is an alternate method of browsing listings (and also very useful for extracting links from)
  • Additional widgets & other applicable settings become available.

What if my MLS® isn't listed in the chart above?

You can still have a website with us. You will need to manually add all of your listings or check if your real estate board provides an embed code (such as an iframe) for adding the listings to any website.

You may also request we plug into your board. Please click here for further instruction on that.
